Additional City of Iqaluit Recreation Events for the 2021 Holiday Season

The City of Iqaluit would like to inform residents of additional upcoming Holiday Season events.

Qaumakuluit Holiday Contest

The annual Qaumakuluit Holiday Contest is open to all businesses and residents.

There is no need to register. To participate, have your lights and decorations on and ready from 3-7
p.m. on Wednesday, December 15th, 2021. Winners will be announced on the following day
Thursday, December 16th.

Holiday Themed Cookie Decorating Contest

This event is open to the public. There is no need to register. To enter, send a photo of you and your
decorated cookies through a direct message to the City of Iqaluit Recreation Facebook page:

Submissions are accepted from December 18th to 19th. Winners will be announced on Monday,
December 20th, 2021.
