COVID-19 and City of Iqaluit Update – City Reopening
January 16, 2022 – Iqaluit, Nunavut

 

The City of Iqaluit continues to work closely with the Government of Nunavut’s Department of Health to monitor and respond as needed to the COVID-19 situation.

 

City Services

City offices at 1085 and 901 will be reopened to the public as of Monday, January 17th, 2022.

 

Making Payments

Payments for all City services, except Recreation related payments may be done in-person at City Hall, Building 1085.

 

Municipal Enforcement

Municipal Enforcement will support the CPHO public health orders with education patrols and mask-wearing in public spaces.

To report violations or complaints of the Public Health order, the public is asked to contact the RCMP at 979-1111.
